AI Video Cost-per-Clip Calculator

Budget a month of AI video before you pay for a plan. Pick a tool, plan and model, enter how many finished clips you need and how many attempts a usable clip usually takes. The calculator shows what each keeper really costs, whether the plan's credits cover the month, and the cheapest plans across all tools that would.

Pricing accuracy: prices are a snapshot checked Oct 28, 2026 and AI video vendors change them often. Figures may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm the current price on the vendor's site before you buy. Terms

How to get a realistic number

  • Be honest about retries. Most people need 2–4 generations per clip they keep. "Attempts per keeper" multiplies every cost and every credit.
  • Check the credit fit, not just the price. A cheap plan that runs out halfway through the month means top-ups or a second plan. The calculator warns you when that happens.
  • Compare annual billing carefully. Annual prices are used only where the vendor publishes one. Otherwise the monthly price is used.
  • Pay-as-you-go tools (like API pricing) have no credit cap, so the monthly spend is simply attempts × price per attempt.
